In this document, we explain how we process, protect, and store the data of each visitor (hereinafter the “User”) collected through this website (https://humantruths.ai/).

1. WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA? (DATA CONTROLLER)

• Browsing Data, including: IP address, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and IT environment (“Browsing Data”).
• Common Personal Data voluntarily provided by the User for handling contact requests (e.g., Demo Request): first name, last name, email address, phone number (“Contact Data”).

1. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The legal basis is the condition under which HumanTruths may lawfully process personal data pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) – or equivalent provisions under applicable data protection laws.

There may be different legal bases justifying the processing of data by HumanTruths:

• Performance of a contract: processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract;

The processing activities carried out are as follows:
